Having experience as a profit center manager with P&L and operational budgets, John understand the pains of operating without key employees and the disastrous effects hiring the wrong person will have on an entire business unit. Understanding this pain and utilizing his network and industry knowledge, allows John the ability to assist business leaders develop teams to drive long-term organizational growth and success.

John earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Hanover College. Aside from delivering top-tier talent in the work truck world, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, their two sons, Kieron and Jett, and cat, Jack.
