  Salary: 150K+ base plus bonus, long term incentives and relocation!
  
  This well-known apparel company is searching for a passionate professional to lead a new automation project for their distribution center. Their new Director will develop standardized procedures and controls as well as create the overall distribution center design, layout and work stations. They will also make recommendations for equipment purchases and ROI comparisons for this large volume stores and eCommerce facility. In addition, the director will oversee the day to day operations of their WMS and perform testing, configuration, and problem solving resolution.
  
  This person must have experience implementing new conveyer systems within a retail distribution center.
  
  What does the right leader have?
  
  - 10+ years’ of increased responsibility in a Multi-Channel Apparel Retail Facility
  - DC design and implementation experience with experience in managing a multi-facility business
  - Experience with sortation systems and controls as well as experience building ground maintenance and planning and budgeting
  - Senior Management level experience in Field Distribution, Warehousing, Transportation and Distribution Allocation Technology
  - BS in Engineering or MBA
