  Position: Maintenance Supervisor

  Description:
  
  We're working with one of the largest Food & Beverage manufacturers/distributors in the US in search of a high-caliber Maintenance Supervisor. Our client is a multi billion dollar organization that's stable and growing both organically and through acquisition. This individual will be responsible for 8 direct reports. Candidates with a well-rounded maintenance background in large manufacturing or production facilities will be highly preferred.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Develop and manage a maintenance department qualified to maintain all equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient working condition
  - Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition. Ensure that equipment operates within the specifications and tolerances established by the equipment vendor/manufacturer
  - Develop objectives and standards of performance for activities and projects within the maintenance department to meet departmental, divisional, and corporate goals and objectives
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Ammonia based experience is highly preferred
  - Maintenance and engineering experience
  - 4+ years experience and 2+ years in a supervisory/management role
  - Experience with capital projects
  - Has had budgetary experience
  - Experience with Microsoft Suite and AutoCAD
  - aCIP/Sanitation experience is a plus
