  Description:
  
  We're working with one of Michigan's largest food/beverage distributors in search of a high-caliber Warehouse Manager. This is an established, stable, and growing organization that's providing opportunities for upward mobility. This individual will be responsible for a team of 4 supervisors and 70 hourly associates. Candidates that come from high-volume distribution will be preferred.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Oversees shift operations; overseeing all aspects of the warehouse (shipping, receiving, selecting, etc.)
  - Effectively motivate and lead a high performing team in a fast paced warehouse environment
  - Establish and hit on company KPI's (daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly)
  - Implement new process improvement strategies
  - Participate in the implementation of departmental budgets
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - 3+ years of warehouse management experience
  - Bachelor's degree preferred
  - Has led a team of supervisors and associates in a warehouse environment
  - Experience in high volume and demanding distribution
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Strong conflict resolution experience
  - Experience using warehouse management systems
  - Knowledgeable of warehouse safety regulations
