  Position: Regional HSE Manager
  
  Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
  
  Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus
  
  Description:
  
  We're working with one of the largest supply chain organizations in the US in search of a high-caliber Regional HSE Manager. Candidates that come from large warehouse/distribution operations in a multi-site role will be highly preferred. This individual will be integral to the operation and will have the opportunity for upward mobility.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Communicate and provide guidance to regional operations leadership and staff
  - Manage organizational HSE and compliance with local, state, and federal health, safety and environmental regulations within the region
  - Effectively managed up to 40 sites across AZ, CA, and OR
  - Travel requirements between 25% - 40%
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Four-year degree or equivalent desired, preferably in Environmental Safety discipline
  - Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and provide superior customer service
  - Broad working knowledge of federal, state, and local safety, health, environmental and workers' compensation laws and regulations
  - OSHA, CIH, CSP, CHMM, CDS, CSS certifications preferred
