  Position: Regional Transportation Manager
  
  Location: Midwest
  
  Travel: Up to 50%
  
  Salary: Six figure base + bonus
  
  Description:
  
  We're working with a multi-billion dollar transportation organization in search of a high-caliber Regional Transportation Manager. This individual will oversee several dedicated accounts across retail, beverage, and industrial industries. Large single site or multi site experience over a sizable fleet of drivers will be highly preferred.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  - Oversee all operations of the region
  - Train and develop Supervisors and Managers
  - Drive KPI performance and cost-reduction strategies
  - Foster a safety first culture
  - Build and foster relationships with customers
  
  MUST Haves:
  
  - Bachelor's degree preferred
  - Has overseen budgets of $50M+
  - Attitude, initiative, and ownership
  - Strategic thinker and can execute on high level company initiatives
  
  Skills/Abilities:
  
  - Excellent communication and leadership skills
  - Systems savvy
  - Excellent problem solving skills
  - Ability to inspire and develop future leaders
  - Strong customer service skills
