  We're working with a top food/beverage distributor in the Milwaukee region in search of a high-caliber Operations Manager. This individual will be the #1 of the facility. Ideal candidates are local that come from high-volume food, beverage, grocery, or retail distribution. Our client has been around over 100 years, is stable, just moved into a new distribution center, and continues to grow.
  
  Must Haves:
  
  - 5+ years of warehousing/transportation management experience
  - Strong knowledge and experience in managing both warehouse team members and drivers
  - Understand all aspects of warehouse management (shipping and receiving, selecting, inventory control, etc.)
  - Servant Leader mentality
  - Proven ability in leading a fast paced environment
  - Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
  
  Preferred Experience:
  
  - Bachelor’s degree
  - Full P&L and budget responsibilities
  - Served as a #1 or #2 of a distribution center
